He bought it in 2025 to build something that lasts on repeat customers and referrals, not sales quotas. That goal shapes how the company runs. He kept the crew that already made it work, technicians who together carry more than 40 years of combined HVAC experience, and gave them one rule to build those relationships on. Fix it before you replace it.
It holds up because nobody at Alamo Comfort works on commission, so nobody earns a dollar more for selling you a system you do not need. If your unit can be repaired, they repair it and show you why. If it is genuinely done, they say so and put the numbers in front of you. And the person quoting your new system is Rusty himself, not a closer chasing a bonus.
That is also why he competes on value instead of price. Alamo Comfort is not the cheapest name in town, and never the most expensive. What you pay for is work done right the first time, a labor warranty of up to 10 years on the systems his team installs, and a phone somebody actually picks up in a July heat wave.
